Bristol Live Traffic: Nearly Two-Hour Queues as People Try to Enter the North Somerset Show

It took people almost two hours to clear their queues on the road to North Somerset today.

Reports show that festival goers take 1 hour and 45 minutes to get from the a38 to the Wraxall exhibition grounds.

Earlier, a vehicle fire caused a delay on Chew Road, which was closed in both directions from Kentshare Lane to the car dealership.

The traffic monitoring site Inrix says: “Long delays and traffic queues due to an event on B3128 Clevedon Road around Wraxall Hill. Congestion to the A370 via Flax Bourton and Backwell as traffic joins the queues. Delays are also increasing on the A38 around Barrow Gurney, as traffic tries to turn off to head to the event. “
