A couple chased a man through the street and attacked him after he refused to empty their trash.

SUEZ Regional Director John Wilkinson said: “We were shocked and sorry that a member of our crew had to endure such horrific and unprovoked abuse.

“SUEZ has a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to the abuse and harassment of our employees who provide an important public service. Councilor Mark Hallbrook, owner of the Sustainability and Waste Portfolio, Doncaster Council, said: “We absolutely condemn the actions of those involved in this incident.
