“We will never forget you, my boy”: Dr. Alex George pays his sincere respects to his late younger brother Llŷr with a new tattoo in his handwriting

Dr. Alex George paid his sincere respects to his younger brother Llŷr by tattooing him in his memory.
The 31-year-old tragically lost his younger brother in July 2020, after Llŷr’s battle with mental health – just weeks before he went to medical school and followed in Alex’s footsteps.
The former Love Island star took to Instagram on Saturday to share the tribute, posting photos of her new meaningful ink.

The tattoo has the name Llŷr, written in his own handwriting, with a small wave above it – referring to the meaning behind the Welsh name.
Alex posted a photo of the finished tattoo sitting on his wrist, up to one during the process.
He also shared the old textbook from which they had taken Llŷr’s handwriting for the font.

In the inscription, the reality star mentions the meaning of Welsh mythology behind the name, which means “god of the sea”.
He wrote: “Llŷr” The God of the Sea “. The most beautiful name means so much to do with his handwriting. We will never forget you my boy x ‘
The tribute comes after Alex shared an idea of the “good, sensitive and funny” man his brother was in February, on what would be his 21st birthday.
Addressing his 2 million followers, the doctor wrote: “Today is Llŷr’s 21st birthday. I’ve talked a lot over the last year about how hard it is to lose him, but I’m sad that I haven’t talked more about the man he was. Let me tell you a little about him.

Mythology: In the caption, he shared some details about the origin of his brothers’ name and said “we will never forget you”
“Llŷr was kind, sensitive, funny, loved his cars and was a great brother and son. He was an extremely smart and great athlete. We talked for hours about the latest cars and what our dream will be.
“Llŷr loved his sport so much that he gained experience at school after rugby experience. He was a perfectionist at heart. When he got into basketball, he practiced shooting the net for hours every night.
“Above all, Llŷr had a good heart, he had the ability to look into your eyes and he could feel exactly what you were feeling. In many ways, he felt deeply about your pain and your struggles and always wanted to help. He was an empath like no one I had ever known.
“I would do anything to sit down and have a cold beer with you today for your 21st, my boy. You will never be forgotten and you give me so much strength.
He then extended his happy birthday wishes to his parents and brother Elliott, concluding: “Mom, Dad, Elliott and I are sending you the biggest happy birthday, we just want to be able to be with you, even for one day. . I love you my boy.
