Drug operation: Police find £ 1 million worth of cannabis on Kirkcaldy High Street

Officers carried out a drug order on Wednesday during an operation that included support from a police helicopter.

Their focus was on the back of an empty Hill Street store.

Police said a search of the premises turned up cannabis with an estimated street value of more than £ 1 million.

CID Detective Inspector Stuart Hunter thanked the public for their help in the operation.
