Michael Louis Blofeld, 48, of Blackpool, died tragically after a collision near Victoria Hospital in Blackpool on April 28.
The collision occurred around 11.09 am when a Kia Picanto traveling on North Park Drive collided with a pedestrian who has since been named Michael, also known as Pickle.
Michael was seriously injured in the collision and was taken to Victoria Hospital in Blackpool, where he unfortunately died.

The family of Michael Louis Blofeld, who died in a clash in Blackpool on Thursday, paid tribute to him.
His family said in honor: “Michael was a much-loved son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend.
“His death will leave a huge hole in our hearts and we will always remember him with his cheeky laughter, humor and his golden heart.”
PC Kate Brady, of the Lancashire Police Tactical Operations Team, said: “Our first focus is on Mr Blofeld’s family and friends at this incredibly difficult time.
“Our investigation continues to establish exactly what happened and will ask anyone who witnessed the collision to contact us.
