A plane crashed near a General Mills plant in Covington, Georgia on Thursday night.
The crash happened shortly after takeoff, according to officials who spoke to Fox 5 but did not provide further details.

Photos from the crash site show heavy smoke, with several trailer trailers damaged.
A spokesman for the Federal Aviation Administration said the crash happened around 7:05 p.m. and had no further information.

The General Mills plant is located about 30 miles east of Atlanta, according to Fox 5.
The National Transport Safety Council will investigate the crash.
