Greenwich stabbing: A man in his 30s was stabbed to death in South London while a police cordon from a DLR station

A 30-year-old man was stabbed to death on a street in south-east London. Police were called at 2:15 a.m. Sunday, May 1, to report a man with stab wounds to Greenwich High Road, SE10.

Officers arrived with the London ambulance and the victim was rushed to hospital. He died a little later. The man’s family has been notified and the forces say they will be supported by specialists. Pathological examination will be performed in due time.

Police at the scene today cordoned off the DLR station in Greenwich and trains run but do not stop at the station. The officers remain at the cordon this morning.
