A Winnipeg man is facing serious charges after a 24-year-old woman was killed in a car crash in Transcona on Sunday.
Police have identified the other driver involved in the clash on Bond Street and Kildare Avenue West. He fled the scene after the accident.
The man is now facing charges of a dangerous operation that caused death, an operation that caused death while he was injured and did not stop at the scene.
