Kim Kardashian won today in the case filed by Black China against her and her family, when a judge rejected the accusation of defamation against her.
The Kardashian family’s lawyer, Michael Rhodes, filed a “targeted sentence” asking Judge Gregory Alarcon to remove Kim from the defamation charges China filed against four family members.
Chyna is suing Chris Jenner, Kim and Chloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner for defamation and interference in the contract, claiming that they sought to cancel her spin-off “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” “Rob & Chyna” before the second season.
During the trial, members of the Kardashian clan and Jenner testified that China raped Rob Kardashian during the couple’s tumultuous relationship. Among those allegations were that China pulled a gun on Rob and beat her with a stick.
On Friday, Rhodes claimed that none of the comments made by Kim in emails to her family or E! the leaders were slanderous.
And the judge agreed, saying in his written decision that a handwritten report on the matter provided by Chyna’s lawyer, Lin Chiani, “fails to establish a defamatory statement made by Kim Kardashian.”
Black China was in a good mood when she left the court in Los Angeles on Friday, although no verdict was reached in her case against the Kardashian family and a judge rejected her request for defamation against the family.

On Friday, the judge ruled in a written ruling that a handwritten report on the issue provided by Chyna’s lawyer, Lin Chiani, “failed to establish a defamatory statement made by Kim Kardashian.”
“Therefore, the request for a direct sentence is granted in respect of Kim Kardashian regarding the defamatory reason for the claim.”
The decision reads: “There is no evidence that the accused Kim Kardashian took a” responsible part “in the publication of the alleged statements of the other accused.
The jury began the debate at 4:30 p.m. in the bitter trial, for which China is seeking about $ 40 million in lost profits and about $ 60 million in future revenue, which it claims it lost due to alleged defamation.

Kim Kardashian, sketched in court last week, testified on Tuesday that she was uncomfortable filming scenes from Keeping Up with the Kardashians with Blac Chyna after she allegedly hit her brother Rob with a metal stick.
During her testimony, China denied that the couple had broken up at the time. But Rhodes told the jury today: “She had to confirm that the connection was still OK because she had to convince you that the network still wanted her show.
“This was not a relationship that any network leader wants on television.”
E! network executives said during testimony that Rob and China were supposed to be a romantic comedy with ease.
