Firefighters are dealing with a huge fire in an industrial area in Essex this morning. Eight fire engines are at the scene of a fire this morning in Harlow (Tuesday, April 26).
The fire broke out at an industrial site on River Way. The Essex Fire and Rescue Service warned that the road was partially blocked due to the scale of the reaction. A tweet said: “We ask people to avoid the area and find another route where possible.”
By 7.30am, more crews had been called in to deal with the blaze. This resulted in a total of six to eight, with some colleagues from the London Fire Brigade also joining.

The details of what rooms along the River Way have been affected by the fire are yet to be determined. Additional information was sought from the fire department.
