Liverpool line-up: seven changes expected and Roberto Firmino’s call against Man City

Liverpool face Manchester City in the semi-finals of the FA Cup at Wembley.

The Reds are still on the hunt for an unprecedented four this season and a win over City would be another huge step towards that.

Jurgen Klopp’s side have already won the Carabao Cup after beating Chelsea in February and are in the semi-finals of the Champions League.

They are also a point behind City in the race for the Premier League title – after sharing an exciting 2-2 draw against Pep Guardiola’s men at the Etihad Stadium last weekend.

Now the modern rivals are preparing for battle once again – this time in the FA Cup.

Jürgen Klopp hopes to have a full squad to choose from, with the only doubt being Diogo Jota because of the blow he made against Benfica earlier this week.

In fact, the Liverpool boss has to make some important decisions to ensure that his team wins.

He will have to do everything possible to prevent a powerful attack on City.

Give him a break in the middle of the week and he should benefit greatly from that.

He will enjoy playing with his three regular partners again after major changes in the defense against Benfica.

I got a well-deserved breath of fresh air in the middle of the week. A huge benefit for Liverpool, as van Dyke almost missed a game this season.
