Arsenal legend Ian Wright has said that Manchester United will be far from the pace without Cristiano Ronaldo this season, as he warned that the Red Devils could face another blow from Liverpool.
The Portuguese striker played the role of the Red Devils, who returned to victory in a thriller with 5 goals against Norwich on Saturday, but without his hat-trick United seemed vulnerable against the weakest team.
United travel to Anfield on Tuesday to face Quadruple Liverpool, who beat Manchester City 3-2 in the FA Cup semi-final.

Wright also sent a warning to United ahead of their mid-week clash against Liverpool.
Tuesday’s clash is crucial for both sides, with Jurgen Klopp’s side chasing City to the top of the Premier League while United are still in the top four, finishing fifth and three points behind Tottenham.
They scored an important three points while Ronaldo saved his country with his triple points after the Canaries battled a 2-0 loss.
Wright claims that Ralph Rangnik’s team will not be close to a place in the Champions League without the 37-year-old footballer.
He told the Premier League production: “If he [Ronaldo] it wasn’t at Manchester United, they wouldn’t be anywhere near what they are now. This is what you pay for and it is delivered. He is amazing, amazing.

But the former Gunners striker has warned that if United repeat their sad performance over the weekend against their bitter rivals, they could face a similar 5-0 strike against Liverpool as earlier in the season.
“We are talking about a team at the bottom of the league [Norwich] who gave United two goals today, literally. And they can still open United. If United play like that against Liverpool, they will be completely defeated.
Ronaldo will reportedly receive a £ 850,000 bonus after his hat-trick in the 3-2 victory.
According to The Sun, Ronaldo has triggered a bonus clause in his contract after scoring 21 goals this season.
United lost 5-0 at the hands of bitter rivals Liverpool earlier in the season
Ronaldo’s contract includes a £ 750,000 bonus for scoring 20 goals plus another £ 100,000 for his hat-trick.
He will now receive £ 100,000 for every goal he scores for the rest of this season.
United will also pay £ 1million for their top scorer this season, and Ronaldo looks set to almost certainly achieve that recognition, given that he has 12 goals ahead of his closest rival, Bruno Fernandes.
In addition, Ronaldo will receive a total of 2.75 million pounds if he manages to score 30 goals this season.
Although receiving some criticism at times after returning to United last year, Ronaldo is playing an important role as he strives to keep his team’s hopes of finishing in the top four.
