But households have been warned of fraudsters who exploit those waiting for their £ 150 grant.

A number of councils, including Durham and Southwark, have told residents to beware of fraudulent phone calls.
“Please do not give your bank details to anyone who calls you about the National Council’s tax rebate scheme,” the Durham Council said on Twitter.
“We are aware of the fraud, but we will not ask for your information as part of this process.”
About 80% of households in the United Kingdom are eligible for a refund of the municipal tax levied on people living in homes registered as groups A to D.
Most eligible people will receive their payments this week, although indirect debit recipients may receive their payments a little later.
If you pay by direct debit, it will be paid automatically into your bank account.
But beware of fraudsters posing as local authorities and households on a cold call.
Your board will never ask for your bank details over the phone.
If you are a direct debit customer, your local council will already have your bank details.
If you do not pay by direct debit, contact them directly to set up a payment.
In any case, avoid sharing personal information with anyone who called you unexpectedly.
If you believe you have been fraudulent, contact your bank directly as soon as possible using the number on the back of your bank card. Let me know your advice.
Most banks, including Halifax, Natwest and Lloyds, can be reached through the new 159 fraud line.
