Three men were beaten with bricks, kicks and fists in a brutal attack in front of a bar.
Police rushed to the intersection of Deansgate and Peter Street in Manchester on Monday, June 13, after reports of three men who were found injured. It is alleged that the men got involved in a verbal quarrel with two unknown men in a bar.
The three victims then befriended an unknown man and his girlfriend, believed to be from Merseyside. Shortly before 2.15 am, the victims left the licensed premises.

Immediately after leaving, a suspect hiding in the doorway was picked up by a black Nissan Qashqai driven along Peter Street before turning right onto Jerusalem Place. The two then got out of the car and attacked the victims with bricks for about a minute.
The suspects returned to the vehicle and left downtown via Butle Street, Dinsgate and Quay Street. The victims were taken to hospital with serious head injuries, where two of them remain for treatment.
A 30-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. He remains in police custody for questioning.
Detective Sergeant Paddy Connel of the GMP CID in Manchester said: “I can’t express the gravity of this attack – the victims were hit with bricks in the head many times before being hit and kicked. As our investigation continues, we wish them a speedy recovery.
“It is imperative that we identify all those involved so that we can bring those responsible to justice. We are now able to turn to the public for help in identifying the man in the image with whom we would like to talk about the incident.
“We also appeal to anyone who has information, whether it is an oral account or video surveillance images or a video recorder, to contact us. Finally, we appeal to the unknown man and his girlfriend to come out.
“We have reason to believe they are from Merseyside. I would like to emphasize that they are not suspects in this investigation, but we believe that they may have vital information that can help us. “
