New allegations have surfaced about parties blocking Downing Street, with Labor claiming that Boris Johnson “deliberately misled the British people at every turn”.
The prime minister has already been fined once for violating COVID rules on his birthday in 2020, but this is considered the least problematic of a series of incidents.
Mr Johnson is believed to have attended six of at least 12 rallies investigated by metropolitan police, including “bring your alcohol” at the Downing Street Garden on May 20, 2020.

Denial at 13:09 for party No. 10
The latest allegations relate to what happened on November 13, 2020, when it was alleged that the release of drinks for No. 10 Communications Director Lee Kane was “instigated” by the Prime Minister.
The gathering at the Downing Street press center did not start as a drink, a source told The Sunday Times.
Rather, it was “the usual Friday night wash,” they added.
But Mr Johnson “came in a red box with a draw” and “gathered the staff around the press center table with bottles of alcohol”, they continued.
“He said he wanted to say a few words about Lee and started pouring drinks for people and drinking himself. He baked it.”
It is alleged that the photographer was present all the time and is believed to have taken pictures of the prime minister, writes The Sunday Times.
The newspaper added: “A source from Downing Street did not dispute the description of the event, but denied that Johnson had organized it.”

2:20 “It never occurred to me that I might have broken the rules.”
Mr Johnson then apparently returned to his apartment above 11 Downing Street, where it is alleged that a second reunion was held that evening with the participation of his wife and her friends – with Abba’s music.
Deputy Labor leader Angela Raynor said that “if the latest reports are true”, it means that “the Prime Minister not only attended the parties, but had a hand in inciting at least one of them”.
Earlier, Johnson said that “all directions have been followed”, but Ms Raynor said that he “deliberately misled the British people at every turn”.
She added: “While the British public was making huge sacrifices, Boris Johnson was breaking the law.
“The prime minister has humiliated his cabinet. The British people deserve better. While Labor has a plan to tackle the cost of living crisis, Tory MPs are too busy defending Boris Johnson’s defenseless defense.”
Archbishop of York Stephen Cottrell said during his Easter sermon that Britain should consider whether it wants to be known for “the health of our democracy, where people live in public life to the highest standards and where we can trust those, which lead us to behave honestly and fairly ”.
Downing Street declined to comment and has repeatedly said it will not do so until the police investigation is complete.
