The New York Police Department is looking for a man who is alleged to have stolen a truck, collided with a pedestrian and then fled.
Police say the man stole the on-board truck on April 22 at 8:15 a.m. in the Bronx and fled the area.
After the truck was stolen, police said he hit a 49-year-old man before fleeing the area.

The New York Police Department is looking for a man who is alleged to have stolen a truck and then collided with a pedestrian, after which he drove away. (NYPD)
The video of the incident, published by the police, shows the pickup truck chaining the man to a car before he fell on the street.
The man was taken to a local hospital, where he received treatment for severe injuries and broken bones. It is in critical but stable condition, according to Fox 5 New York.

The person who stole the truck is wanted for theft of a car and leaving the scene.
