VACAVILLE (CBS13) – A man was shot dead on Fiesta Days in Vacaville.
Vacaville police lieutenant Chris Pollen confirms that one man received a non-life-threatening gunshot wound during the event. The victim was taken to hospital and identified as 18-year-old Herman Torres-Vernal Swinn of Fairfield.
Police urged people to avoid the park area, but the group and the brewery area remained open. Those who meet relatives are urged to do so away from the park.
