Chinese smartphone brand, Oppo, has launched its latest smartphone series in China. The latest range of smartphones includes Oppo Reno 9, Oppo Reno 9 Pro and Oppo Reno 9 Pro+. The devices come with 6.7-inch OLED curved displays with full HD+ resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate. The new smartphones bear a striking resemblance to the Oppo Reno 8 series that was launched earlier this year.
The devices support 5G and come with up to 512GB of built-in memory. The standard Oppo Reno 9 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max SoC. On the other hand, Oppo Reno 9 Pro comes with Snapdragon 778G SoC chipset. The flagship Oppo Reno 9 Pro+ is powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.
While the Oppo Reno 9 Pro + and Oppo Reno Pro come with 16 GB RAM and up to 512 GB storage, the Oppo Reno 9 comes in 8 GB RAM + 256 GB, 12 GB RAM + 256 GB and 12 GB + 512 GB configurations.
Oppo Reno 9 Pro+ is available in three shades – Bihai Qing, Bright Moon Black and Tomorrow Gold. The 16GB RAM and 256GB storage variant of the Oppo Reno 9 Pro+ starts at CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs. 45,700), while the 16GB RAM and 512GB storage variant is priced at CNY 4,399 (roughly Rs. 50,300). The Oppo Reno Pro is priced at CNY 3,499 (Rs 40,000 approx) and CNY 3,799 (Rs 43,600 approx) respectively. The base variant of the Oppo Reno 9 starts at CNY 2,499 (around Rs. 28,500), while the top-of-the-line model is priced at CNY 2,999 (around Rs. 34,000). The series will be available for pre-order and will go on sale in China from December 2nd. The Oppo Reno Pro+ comes with a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It comes with a triple rear camera module with a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP macro sensor and another 2MP sensor. The device packs a 4700mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. The Oppo Reno 9 Pro shares similar specs to the 9 Pro+, but features a 4500mAh battery and 67W SuperVooc fast charging.
