Pope Francis celebrated a liturgy with 100,000 faithful, united in the joy of Easter and in the message of peace brought by the risen Jesus.

The first reading, taken from the Acts of the Apostles, recalling the words of St. Peter to the Colossians, was followed by the singing of the Easter series, followed by the proclamation of the Gospel of John in Latin and Greek. they have not yet understood the Scriptures, “that He was to rise from the dead.”
