Prince Louis is growing so fast (Photo: Duchess of Cambridge)
Prince Louis is shown laughing and fussing playing a game of beach cricket in a series of photos taken by his mother to celebrate his fourth birthday.
It was snapped by the Duchess of Cambridge while enjoying the dunes of Norfolk, a popular attraction for tourists flocking to the county each summer.
The four photos, taken earlier this month before the recent warm period, show the young prince wearing a gray jumper adorned with a ribbon of colored stars on his chest, a shirt and shorts.
Lewis holds an orange cricket ball used in day-night matches in two of the photos with grass-covered sand dunes in the background.
His great-grandfather, the Duke of Edinburgh, was an avid cricketer and a lifelong fan of the game, and was twice president of the MCC.
Kate photographed her barefoot son, as if about to start running to a bowl of another image taken on the beach, with the sea in the distance.

The last image is a portrait of the Duchess, who photographed her son laughing while sitting in the dunes.
William and Kate spend much of their time away from London at their home in Norfolk Anmer Hall on Queen Sandringham’s mansion, which is close to the county coast.
The Duchess is an avid and accomplished amateur photographer who in 2017 accepted a lifetime honorary membership of the Royal Photographic Society, which recognized her “talent and enthusiasm”.
She regularly posts pictures of her children to celebrate important occasions such as birthdays and other important events.

Cambridge’s youngest child is fifth on the throne and was born on St. George’s Day, April 23, 2018, in the private wing of Lindo at St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, London, weighing 8lb 7oz.
He was named Louis Arthur Charles at 11 weeks by Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby at the Royal Chapel, St. James’s Palace in front of friends and family.
The young prince has been attending Willcocks Kindergarten near his home in Kensington Palace for more than a year and is likely to celebrate his birthday with friends and family.
Lewis is rarely seen in public, and one of his most famous outings was when he joined his parents and siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, in a special pantomime performance at London’s Palladium Theater in December 2020.
