Search for “Scouse Jay” with distinctive tattoos of Liverpool FC

A search has been launched for a fugitive from Merseyside, who is wanted when he is taken to prison.

Police are looking for Jamie Williams, known as “Scouse Jay”, who was previously convicted of possession of an insulting weapon. The Merseyside Police is the second police to start hunting the 38-year-old, who was also wanted by my Lancashire police in 2018.

“He is described as 6 feet 4 inches, blue eyes, short blond hair, medium build and has a Liverpool accent.
