Snap’s small new drone “Pixy” is designed for people who like to click on photos without a fight. The Mini Drone is a personal photographer who follows you to take pictures.
After the launch of Snapchat Spectacles, Snapchat’s parent company is trying its hand at another piece of hardware. Pixy cost about $ 250 (19,153 rupees) and was first shown at the Snap Summit, where the company announced a series of plans for the future of Snapchat.
In a press release, Snapchat described Pixy as “a pocket-sized free-flying helper suitable for large and small adventures.”

What makes Pipy on Snapchat so different?
Unlike most drones currently available on the market, the Pixy does not require a control device. It comes with four preset flight models. To get it moving, users can simply push a button – allowing it to float, orbit or follow you for photos. When your time with Pixie is over, it will obviously come and sit on your hand.

Each video shot via Pixy will be sent directly to Snapchat Memories, where users will be able to edit them as needed. Once processed, media can be shared via chat, stories, Spotlight and can even be published in other applications.
The small Pixy drone comes with a 12-megapixel sensor and 16 GB of storage that can hold 100 videos or 1000 photos.

Pixy comes with one battery. For extra batteries, consumers are expected to spend $ 19.99 each (Rs 1,500). A full charge of Pixy will give users five to eight flights – each of which can last 10-20 seconds.
