A fifth man was arrested for allegedly hitting and running, which killed a 30-year-old woman.
The arrest comes just days after four people were arrested and charged with the death of 30-year-old Erin Joksal.
Police say a 41-year-old Toronto man has been charged with failing to stop at the scene of an accident, causing death, obstructing police, public mischief and an accomplice after committing a felony.
He is due to appear in court at the Old Town Hall on Friday.
Joksal was hit by a car in the southern lanes of Spadina Avenue on April 14.
She was taken to hospital, where she later died of her injuries.
Police say the investigation is still ongoing and are asking locals, businesses and drivers who may have security or taped cameras in the area or the incident to contact them.
