May 6, 2022 – The Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) and the Thunder Bay Shelter House announce that the COVID-19 outbreak at Kwae Kii Win Center in Thunder Bay is over.
Prior to the epidemic, significant measures had already been taken to reduce the likelihood of transmitting the virus to the facility. Extended precautions were taken during the outbreak.
