Trump highlights perfect cognitive test, then incorrectly approves JD Mandel

Former President Donald Trump, after boasting about the cognitive test for “improvement”, said that he supported “JD Mandel” at the “Save America” rally on Sunday in Nebraska, apparently referring to the Ohio candidate JD Vance.

The mistake came after he also made fun of President Joe Biden, who stumbled upon a word in a video. The former president listed the candidates he supported when he made a blunder.

“You know, we supported Dr. Oz, we supported JP, didn’t we? JD Mandel and he’s doing great. Everyone’s doing well,” Trump told an audience at I-80 Speedway in Greenwood.

Vance is running for the Ohio Republican Senate nomination against Josh Mandel and Mike Gibbons in Tuesday’s primary.

The mistake came after Trump called on Biden to undergo cognitive testing and boasted of his own perfect results.

“Once and for all, Joe Biden needs to end the issue by doing a cognitive test … releasing the results for the world to see,” Trump said.

Trump boasted about the results of his own cognitive test and said that former White House doctor Dr. Ronnie Jackson once called it a “perfect specimen.”

Trump said he passed the test to “stop this nonsense” from people who call him by name, and that Jackson told him the test was “difficult.”

“I did it,” Trump said. “Every question is correct. One man said, “I’ve never seen anyone do this before.”

Earlier in the rally, Trump described Biden as a man who “disturbs our country.”

“Meanwhile, we have a president who has no idea what’s going on, who shakes hands while Putin talks about nuclear weapons all the time,” Trump said.

Trump also showed a video of the president speaking last week, in which Biden was confused with the word “kleptocracy.” Biden speaks openly about his stuttering, a struggle from his childhood.

Trump was in Nebraska supporting Gov. Charles Herbster, who has made headlines in recent weeks on charges of touching eight women, including Republican Sen. Julie Slama in 2019.

The primary election in Nebraska is on May 10.

Earlier in the rally, Herbster’s speech focused on immigration, China and critical racial theory.

“Illegals come after us, addicts come after us,” Herbster said. “It’s happening in Nebraska. We have to stop it. I’ll meet them at the border.”

Herbster said he supported “legal immigration,” but suggested a “Nebraska checklist” for those interested in living there, saying they should “worship God, our flag, and learn to speak English.”

As for education, he promised to put an end to critical racial theory and remove sex education from schools.

“There will be no critical racial theory in every school system, including the university,” Herbster said.

Herbster called China “the country’s worst enemy.”

“China, listen to me very carefully, China wants to take us down. Do you understand this? Every day … infiltrating the United States. As your governor, China will not buy an acre of land in Nebraska. “

Trump’s rally has been postponed since Friday due to bad weather. He is expected to hold another rally Friday in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, in support of Dr. Mehmet Oz, who is seeking a nomination for the seat of retired US Senator Pat Toomey in the May 17 primary.
