“Quite a bit is happening here”
Tracy Dixon, who was staying at her mother’s house on the street, said she “woke up and saw the cordon.”
“A neighbor said she saw the cordon there around 12 o’clock last night,” the 51-year-old said.
“I was surprised, especially to see it that way. I hope it’s not too tragic. A lot of things are happening here, we’ve had a few incidents in the past.”
