Amazon took a lot of oxygen in the deal room last week with Prime Day. However, there are a few gadgets and gizmos that are even cheaper this week than they were then. If you’re in the market for a new robot vacuum, keyboard, or even a big TV, we’ve got some goodies for you.

TCL 6-series
Photo: TCL
The TCL 6-Series (9/10, WIRED Recommends) is our top overall pick of all the TVs we’ve tested. It uses quantum dot technology to deliver bright, vivid colors, plus local dimming to keep dark colors as dark as possible. It also includes the Roku interface, one of our favorite streaming interfaces. This is one of the lowest prices we’ve tracked.
Another in TCL’s lineup, the 4-Series is at the lower end of TCL’s offerings, but over the years the technology we’ve come to love in the higher-end models has trickled down. This super-cheap TV still features a 4K HDR panel, a Roku interface, and a simple voice remote. If you’re on a tight budget, this is good value.
It’s our pick for the best-looking TV we’ve tried. It comes with Sony’s premium processing in a gorgeous OLED panel, giving it an absolutely stunning picture. It also comes with Android TV built-in, which, as smart TV operating systems go, is one of the easier to use.

SteelSeries Apex 7 TKL

Care about RGB LEDs and competitive performance in your keyboard? Apex 7 TKL will suit your needs. It has extremely satisfying clicky switches, a sturdy aluminum frame, and an OLED display that can display system warnings or in-game information. It also connects to SteelSeries’ powerful customization software, which lets you set individual keys, record macros, and even program the LEDs to react to the games you’re playing.
The power and customizability of gaming peripherals make them great for office work – if they didn’t have such a superior design. Fortunately, the Logitech G513 Carbon, which is our pick for the best mechanical keyboard for the home office, comes with a more understated design, but retains useful features like customizable keys, affordable LEDs, and a choice of several switch types.
If you prefer your keyboard to be as loud and flashy as possible, this Roccat Vulcan 121 is one of our favorite keyboards because it knows exactly what it is. And it’s strong. WIRED reviewer Jaina Gray says writing with it is like “writing a thunderstorm.”
I’ve been recommending using gaming peripherals to get regular work done for years, and the Logitech G915 keyboard is one of my favorites for just that reason. It comes with a low-profile aluminum frame and a stylish design that can fit into any studio, but its additional programmable keys and macro tools make it easy to automate tasks, especially in creative programs like Adobe Photoshop, Premiere or Blender.

Google Pixel 6A
Photo: Google
The Pixel 6A officially launched on July 28, and WIRED Reviews Editor Julian Chokkattu says it’s the best phone for the money (8/10, WIRED Recommends). It comes with a bright AMOLED screen, all-day battery life, a great camera and a stylish design. Google has a pre-order promotion where you can get its own Pixel Buds A-Series (8/10, WIRED Recommends) for free when you order a Pixel 6A. These headphones connect instantly to many Android phones, have IP4X water resistance and Google Assistant integration. They’re usually $100, so this is a great deal if you’re in the market for a new phone and new wireless headphones.
This robot vacuum from Roborock is our overall favorite. It comes with a self-emptying container, so you don’t have to empty the robot as often, and with an impressive battery life. It can even map large amounts of your home, so it will learn exactly how to best clean your space. It stores up to four separate cards, so you can carry it from one floor to another, and you can even control it with Siri, Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa.
Your pets leave big messes around the house, but don’t worry! This RoboVac from Eufy features dual turbines that combine for a huge amount of suction, so no matter how much dog hair or other pet waste is around your house, this bot can pick it up.
