The place

Three bed, five bath beachfront villa in Tiny, Ontario on Georgian Bay.

In 2011, the sellers purchased a five-acre plot. It sat empty for several years until they began redevelopment of its shoreline, which included the construction of a cedar dock on a sunken pier and a rock-walled harbor.

Then, from 2018 to 2019, the sellers built this modern two-story Mediterranean-style home with a budget of $8 million. It is located on the shores of Georgian Bay, with 200 feet of granite and sand beach facing southwest. The property also has a detached beach house and three-car garage, along with three small ponds. The home spans 7,124 square feet.
