ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico – Four people were killed in a fatal helicopter crash Saturday night near Las Vegas.
According to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office, three BCSO officers and one Bernalillo County Fire Department officer were on board the helicopter at the time of the crash.
Officials say BCSO’s Metro 2 helicopter is headed back to Albuquerque after assisting with the East Mesa fire on Saturday.
There are no known survivors.
