A terrifying new video shows a University of Missouri student allegedly suffering a serious brain injury during a pledge party, forcibly fed a beer through a pipe, falling backwards and then dropped by frantic brothers.
19-year-old Daniel Santuli was left unable to walk or communicate due to the alleged hatred of the Phi Gamma Delta party on October 19, shown in footage in “Good Morning America” on Thursday.
Footage from the “Father’s Promise Party” shows the blindfolded student and his colleagues walking down the stairs to their house.
Santuli was also seen being force-fed beer through a funnel while he was in the middle of swallowing a whole bottle of vodka, the family’s lawyer, David Bianchi, told GMA.
After about two hours, he seems to faint and fall backwards.

After being carried to the couch, he is seen sliding on the floor, seemingly unresponsive, while another person sits nearby.
A few minutes later, members of his fraternity struggled to take Santuli to the door, but dropped him to the floor in the process before finally taking him to the hospital, GMA reported.
“I saw Danny in the intensive care unit at the hospital in Mizou. And it’s just a bunch of pipes everywhere. And this is an image that will probably never leave my head, “his brother Nick Santuli told GMA.

“Just the fact that no one knew he was in trouble and his lips were blue and no one called 911. Anyway, I don’t know, I mean, a 6-year-old called 911,” Santuli’s mother said. Mary Pat said on the show.
She said doctors had told the family that the young man would need “lifelong care”.
“He is still not talking or walking, he is in a wheelchair, he has lost his sight, but he hears us and knows we are there,” she said, crying, adding that “they will not give up hope.”

Santuli’s father, Tom, said the family was “100 percent” certain that the student had been frozen and called for criminal charges against some of the students.
Sister Meredith Santuli said she was disgusted to see the people who had hurt Danny walking around campus, acting as if they had done nothing wrong.
Bianchi – who has filed a lawsuit against the fraternity known as Fiji and 22 other defendants – on Monday asked the court to add the brothers from the fraternity Samuel Gandhi and Alec Wetzler to the case.

Wetzler is said to have organized the event, according to a statement on the probable cause.
“We didn’t know about them when we filed the original lawsuit,” the lawyer said Monday.
The appeal, approved by Judge Joshua Devine, alleges negligence against the two defendants.

Wetzler allegedly forced Santuli to drink excessive amounts of alcohol by putting a tube in his mouth and pouring beer down his throat, according to the lawyer’s complaint.
Gandhi, meanwhile, returned to Santuli’s room and saw that he had not moved from where he had left him, the Columbia Tribune reported on the amended case.
Wetzler was reportedly charged with the crime of supplying alcohol to a minor and possession of alcohol by a minor. He is due to appear in court on July 5.
