a young man was stabbed to death in a “shocking and brutal” battle in front of a popular bar in south-east London early Sunday morning.
British transport and metropolitan police officers were called to Belushi’s on Greenwich High Road at 2.15 am and found the victim, in his 30s, with serious injuries.
He was taken to hospital by London ambulance, but died shortly afterwards.
Officials said the man’s family was informed and supported by experts. There are no arrests.
BTP will lead the investigation because it happened near the DLR station in Greenwich, which remains cordoned off while detectives are looking for clues.
