A bank employee in Toronto was stabbed several times during a robbery.
The arrest took place shortly before 1 pm on Monday, June 27, at a financial institution in Chinatown, near Spadina Avenue and Dundas Street West.
Toronto police say a man armed with a knife jumped over the counter.
A worker was then stabbed several times, they tweeted.

Paramedics in Toronto said the victim’s injuries were serious and the stabbed man was rushed to a trauma center.
The suspect, who was last seen wearing a red hood, fled the scene.
