Two people were taken to hospital in Kingston after a serious collision north of Adolphustown in Greater Napanee on Saturday.
The collision between a car and a farm tractor is on Quaker Hill Road.
Greater Napanee and Loyalist Township OPP, paramedics and fire responded.
