A 25-year-old man from Kitchener has been charged with a number of child pornography allegations following an investigation by Waterloo Regional Police.
In a press release, police said they launched an investigation in January 2022 after receiving reports from the National Center for the Exploitation of Children about an individual who exchanges and possesses child pornography.
Police say they ordered a search on June 24 at a residence in Kitchener.
The accused is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography and provision of child pornography.
