Police and ambulance crews were called to an incident in Northampton town center on Friday night.
There was a heavy police presence, including around six police cars and a police riot van, in the Swan Street and St John’s Street area of the city. The road was also taped between St John’s multi-storey car park and the University of Northampton Hall of Residence.
An ambulance was also on the scene.

The tape was removed at around 10.20pm.
Police have not confirmed any details about the nature of the incident, but responded on social media to someone who reported seeing a large fight in the area.
