Alex Jones’ lawyers accidentally sent his text messages to prosecutors
InfoWars founder and conspiracy theorist Alex Jones has finished testifying in a defamation trial against him over his claims that the 2012 Sandy Hook school massacre, which killed 20 children and six adults, was a hoax.
Giving evidence to jurors, Jones said: “Especially after meeting the parents. This is 100% real.” He was arraigned in Austin, Texas, by Neil Heslin and Scarlett Lewis, the parents of Jesse Lewis, who was six years old when he was killed in the tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut.
Both gave impassioned testimony when they were on the witness stand.
Jones faces potential damages of up to $150 million. The radio host underwent an uncomfortable cross-examination Wednesday morning when much of his testimony was rebutted by the plaintiff’s attorney and he was asked if he knew what perjury was.
It also emerged that his own lawyer mistakenly shared the entire contents of Jones’ phone with the opposition’s legal team — now reportedly being sought by a special House committee looking into the events surrounding January 6, 2021, in Washington, D.C. D.C. when Jones was in town.

Plaintiffs’ attorney Kyle Farrar gives a final closing rebuttal.
“We still live in the world of the Alex Jones conspiracy,” he says, in which the plaintiffs are armed, the jury is handpicked and the judge is part of the deep state.
“That’s the spin Jones wants to put on this sentence.”
“They were called [the plaintiffs] liars for 10 years to make money and here they’re being called liars to save money,” Mr Farrar says of Jones’ defense argument to avoid a large financial compensation bill.
Mr Farrar added that Jones’ apology was worthless because his lawyer said his client had done nothing wrong.
