The legal battle between the actors and ex-spouses Johnny Depp and Amber Heard may not be over yet.
After Hurd’s loss in the defamation lawsuit against her ex-husband Depp, a spokesman for the actor from Aquaman told The New York Times that she plans to appeal Virginia’s sentence. Several other entertainment magazines also confirmed her supposed attractiveness.
On Wednesday, a jury in Fairfax, Virginia, ruled in favor of the 58-year-old Depp, deciding that he had in fact been slandered by the 36-year-old Hurd on three counts, awarding him $ 15 million in damages. That amount was later reduced by the judge to $ 10.35 million.

Depp’s lawsuit revolves around a December 2018 publication that Hurd wrote in The Washington Post, describing himself as a “public figure representing domestic violence.”
His lawyers say Depp’s life and career have been ruined by an article that does not say his name.
Depp sued Hurd for $ 50 million while she filed a counterclaim for $ 100 million.
In its verdict, the Fairfax County Court jury sided with Depp, believing he had not abused Hurd. The ruling also shows that Hurd slandered Depp in the publication “with malice” or deliberate intent to make a false statement.
Depp was not in court when the verdict was read. Hurd, who was present, appeared with her legal team.
