An air ambulance was at the scene of a crash of an A12 vehicle in Haybridge today. The accident happened just before 4.40 pm on the northern lane of the road today (June 18) between junction 12 for Mountnessing and Shenfield and junction 13 for Ingatestone.
Vehicles are moving slowly in the area, but it is not clear whether the road is completely blocked or not. An air ambulance arrived at the scene for a short time, but it is not known if there is one in it. Essex Live has contacted Essex police, but it is not yet clear if anyone was injured in the incident.

Traffic has slowed and there are queues in the area while there are emergency services. The accident affected traffic between Brentwood and Chelmsford, heading from London.
