“It is outrageous what the war in Ukraine is causing,” Biden began.

The president then went on to emphasize the government’s decision to use US oil reserves.

“We are trying very hard to make sure that we can significantly increase the amount of barrels of oil that are pumped out of the reserves we have,” he added.
