Black China believes that the deck was piled up against her in her fierce court battle with Kardashian … she accuses the judge of being extremely biased.
According to new legal documents received from TMZ, Chyna accuses Judge Gregory W. Alarcon of showing “undeniably hostile and extremely biased” attitude towards her and her lawyer.
China claims that the judge’s alleged bias worked against her … in particular with regard to the judge’s instructions that China had led to a possible verdict that went in Kardashian’s favor.

Remember … the judge kicked Blac Chyna’s mother, Tokyo Tony, out of the courtroom for beating Chris Jenner and her children, and TT later seemed to threaten the judge, even though she claims it was actually aimed at Chris, not to the judge.

China’s complaints reflect those of Walter Mosley, executive producer of Rob and China, who testified during the trial. Walter believes the judge clearly preferred Kardashian and did not appear to be a fan of BBC lawyer Lin Chiani.
