Bottas will start the Austrian Grand Prix from the pit lane while Alonso gets a new engine

After his Alpine failed to get off the line for Saturday’s sprint, Fernando Alonso took his fifth engine of the season – while Valtteri Bottas will start the Austrian Grand Prix from the pit lane after parts were replaced on his Alfa Romeo while at Ferme.

Bottas finished 10th in the sprint, but already had to start from the back of the grid after taking new powertrain components. Now that the rear wing assembly and suspension setup have been changed on his Alfa Romeo at Parc Ferme, the Finn will start the Grand Prix from the pit lane.
