Brock Lesnar is set to appear on SmackDown as part of the build-up to his huge SummerSlam clash with Roman Reigns. The two are set to meet in a Last Man Standing Match at the biggest party of the summer with the undisputed WWE Universal Championship on the line.

The news of Vince McMahon’s departure comes just hours after it was announced that Triple H had been re-appointed head of talent relations.

John Laurinatis, who previously held the role, was placed on “administrative leave” in June following allegations of serious misconduct. Laurinatis was replaced on an interim basis by Bruce Pritchard.
