Passengers of EasyJet, British Airways and Wizz Air are facing another day of travel interruption as mass cancellations continue.
Dozens of trips – starting or ending at British airports – are thought to have been canceled on Wednesday after others were fired the day before.
British Airways has canceled more than 100 of its main base in Heathrow, while Easy Jet and Wizz Air also continue to travel.
Gatwick Airport has also been affected by canceled flights, including trips to Copenhagen, Dubrovnik and Nice. Bristol Airport is also facing interrupted travel.
Many of the suspended flights include Italian airports, which are preparing crews to strike.
The travel sector is struggling with an ongoing problem stemming from staff shortages and sick leave.
On Tuesday, British Airways canceled almost 120 flights to and from Heathrow, and easyJet stopped about 60, including airports in the UK.

The industry “needed to be better prepared,” said the airport chief
Cornwall Newquay Airport chief acknowledged that the industry needed to be better prepared to prevent travel chaos, but was optimistic that the situation would improve over time for summer getaways.
Tim Jeans told BBC Radio 4’s Today: “We had to plan better, we had to understand that the peak would come back especially this summer, but it came back earlier than people expected.
He added that some airlines, airports and ground operators had “honestly been caught”.
Mr Jeans said the “good news for the summer” was that recruitment was being done at a rapid pace and that airlines had canceled flights they did not believe they could perform.
