Chris Evans has been really open about his love life, revealing he’s ‘laser focused’ on finding a partner to ‘spend [his] life with.”
The 41-year-old Captain America actor stars in the upcoming Netflix film The Gray Man, in which he plays an assassin obsessed with tracking down his target, played by Ryan Gosling.
When asked if he had ever had such an intention to seek in his life, Evans stated that he would “give [the interviewer] good answer.”

“The answer would be that maybe [I’m] laser-focused on finding a partner, you know, someone you want to live with,” he told Shondaland in an interview published Friday.
He explained that finding love is difficult in Hollywood.
“I mean, look – I love what I do. It is wonderful; I pour my all into it. But in terms of — even this industry is full of doubt and hesitation and recalibration in terms of really trying to find someone that you can really put your all into,” Evans said.

He continued: “Maybe it’s about trying to find someone you want to spend your life with. Yeah, so maybe that’s it.
The Avengers: Endgame star was last seen dating fellow actor Jenny Slate.
The former couple met on the set of the 2017 film Gifted, but eventually called it quits in March 2018.
“Chris feels neutral about Jenny Slate and holds no ill feelings toward her,” a source told Us Weekly at the time. “[He] happy for her.”

His ex also had nothing but kind things to say about him, as she gushed to Vulture in an April 2018 interview.
“What’s the same about us is not only are we from Massachusetts, which was such a treat, but Chris is really one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, to the point that sometimes I looked at him and that somehow broke my heart,” she said at the time.
