The 45-year-old Spanish model has been married to the 38-year-old Australian actor for 12 years, but admitted that it is not always easy, as she talks about the importance of not being “selfish”.
She explained that she and Chris had learned from each other throughout their marriage and said they were always trying to make time for their relationship.

She told Hello Magazine: “It’s not easy. No relationship is always a bed of roses and all marriages are built little by little, from good moments, wonderful moments, and also from more difficult ones. “
Elsa went on to say that the actor from Thor and their three children – India, ten, and twins Tristan and Sasha, eight – all helped her become more patient.
“My children taught me patience – before they showed up, I didn’t have one,” she added.
Although her children have taught her to be more tolerant, she admitted that she sometimes feels “overwhelmed” as a mother of three.

Elsa, who lives with her family in Australia, recently spent more than two months traveling around Europe with her three children, while Chris filmed in Prague for four months.
She admitted that although it was a lifelong journey, she was not sure if she would do it again as she spoke about the trials of traveling with children.
The Fast and the Furious star was busy promoting her new action film Interceptor, which will be released on June 3.
