Cops released a video of suspects in the murder of the rapper in New York

Cops have released a new surveillance of five men wanted in connection with the murder in broad daylight in the Bronx of Los Angeles rapper Avanti Frauner.

Frauner, 27, was at the Amazing Pharmacy on East Tremont Avenue near Arthur Avenue around 3:45 p.m. Thursday when he was blown several times in the body and torso, police said.

Four men wanted by cops were filmed in a video released late Friday, and a fifth was shown in a surveillance image.

Frauner, whose stage name is Money Gang Vontae, is a rapper from Los Angeles who previously lived in Chicago. According to police and his father, he was in town for the show.

Disturbing footage from Post Friday shows four of the suspects fighting Frauner before one person fired at least four shots.

The group then ran away, leaving the helpless victim lying behind the counter with his shirt soaked in blood.

The rapper’s father, 56-year-old Roger Frauner, said the suspects “don’t need to be on the street anymore – never!”

“If they kill someone in broad daylight in a store, they are insidious,” he said. “They made a mistake. They did the dumbest thing they could do in their lives. And I hope God makes them pay for everything.
