Golden State Warriors guard Steph Curry hit a three-pointer at the end of the first quarter – the second step back, an incredibly deep triple over Jaylan Brown – and became ballistic after the second.
The two-time MVP ran to the Boston Celtics bench, screaming and gesturing wildly at the TD Garden crowd, repeatedly pointing to the floor until he reached the opposite baseline before turning and hitting his chest. It was a level of emotion you don’t usually see from Curry – especially not in the first quarter – but maybe it made sense after a controversial match 3 that ended with Warriors players, coaches and wives upset by Celtics fans.
oooo he feels it!

Asked about the song “F — K YOU DRAYMOND” after game 3 on Wednesday, Curry paused, rubbing his chin. When he finally answered, he didn’t seem emotional at all to the Boston crowd.
“Steam for the course,” he said. “Every arena you get something small, that’s how it was throughout the playoffs, every round we did, he lived it, it’s no different tonight.”
But that emotion seemed to pour out in the first quarter, and then fell directly on the lap of Celtics fans sitting under the Boston basket.
Curry finished with 12 points in the opening quarter (second only to Jason Tatum of Boston) as the Dubs kept things close in the opening quarter. Boston led by just one head in the second quarter and led 54-49 at halftime.
