Megan Markle and Prince Harry released a gorgeous photo of Lilibet’s daughter Diana, but fans are torn.
A new photo of Lilibet-Diana published (opens in a new section) tears up the royal fans of who Lilibet looks most like – Prince Harry’s father or Megan Markle’s mother.
The young man turned one on Saturday during the Queen’s platinum anniversary celebrations (opens in a new section), but instead of attending the platinum palace party, Sussex is said to have hosted a small informal party at Frogmore Cottage to celebrate the important birthday of his daughter.
And while royal fans were hoping to see Archie (opens in a new section), three and Lilibet during the four-day holiday weekend, they had to wait a little longer to see the first photo of their youngest child.
But it was worth the wait, as fans were completely amazed by the stunning portrait taken by photographer Misan Harriman – who photographed the couple under a magnificent tree before announcing their pregnancy (opens in a new section).
Misan shared the photo and wrote: “It was such a privilege to celebrate Lilibet’s first birthday with my family and hers! Joy and face painting everywhere ❤️🎂🎉 “
And fans can’t get enough of how much Lilibet looks like Harry and Megan – with some fans tearing up who the little one looks like the most.
One fan commented: “Lilibet looks like a picture of Megan’s baby with only red hair.”
Another fan added: “Everything Harry! Ha-ha blue eyes red hair, same face.”
A third suggested, “Mom’s eyes and everything else on Harry.”
Lilibeth is also likened to her brother Archie, three, her cousin Princess Charlotte, seven, her cousin Augustus (opens in a new section) and even Diana and the Queen.
But it is her resemblance to her parents that excites fans the most.
One said, “She looks like both, but I’m more inclined to Prince Harry.”
Another fan added: “She has Megan’s face on the shape of Harry’s head with his hair.”
“She definitely has Megan’s nose,” another fan suggested.
Their spokesman said the Sussex family had invited close friends and family to celebrate with an intimate picnic in the backyard in Frogmore and a cake from their wedding baker. In addition, Harry and Megan are “incredibly moved by their daughter’s countless birthday wishes” and are also “amazed” to learn that Sussex supporters around the world have donated more than $ 100,000 to @WCKitchen in honor of of Lilibet.
