Marilyn Manson’s former assistant is preparing for trial after she claims to have suffered “horrific” violence from his hands as the singer tries a third offer to reject the case, claiming that the statute of limitations has expired because she “understood” his behavior as wrong when he did.
Ashley Walters, 37, is preparing for a court hearing scheduled for May after her alleged perpetrator launched a third attack on the case, trying to oust him.
Walters claims that 53-year-old Manson sexually, physically and psychologically abused her during her work, but the singer claims that the only thing that will save her is her “creative writing skills”.
The singer, born Brian Warner, also claims that her case is in violation of the two-year statute of limitations, as the alleged abuse took place between 2010 and 2011.
However, Walters claims that her case is within the time limit, as it falls within the delayed detection rule, which allows plaintiffs in some cases to start their time limit after realizing their loss and injury.
Among other allegations, Walters claims Manson forced her to stand for 12 hours to film him and made her take cocaine to stay awake; they beat her and the others, telling them they can “take it”; and threw axes when he was angry. She also said she watched him throw a supporting skull at Woods so hard that he left wounds, Rolling Stone reported.
Ashley Walters, 37, pictured, is preparing to go to court with her former employer and alleged perpetrator, Marilyn Manson, 53, after he tried to dismiss her case for the third time, claiming the statute of limitations had expired. However, she claims that she meets the conditions for a delayed response, as she did not “discover” her abuse until a meeting with other victims in October 2020.
The singer denied abusing her and she “understood” the violence when it happened
‘[We] We believe that our amended complaint specifically addresses the Court’s concerns and finds that Ms Walters suffered such severe damage while working for Mr Warner that she suppressed the vast majority of the abuses to which she was subjected and that the nature of the abuse must be removed [Warner] of any statute of limitations.
“Regardless of the outcome, we will continue to work to find out who Mr. Warner is, a narcissistic predator and a pathological offender,” said her lawyer, James Vagnini.
The singer claims that the case does not fall into this special category, because she “understood” the abuse when it happened, referring to the fact that she had to hide from him during her work.
‘The plaintiff contradicts herself by claiming that she was aware of the need to hide from her employer during her work, while at the same time claiming that she was not aware that her employer had committed acts that could be subject to action against her. “Manson said in new court documents examined by Rolling Stone.
She said she “discovered” her abuse until she met Manson’s ex-girlfriends in October 2020, which include Western world actress Evan Rachel Wood and Game of Thrones actress Esme Bianco. The latter is also suing Manson. He recently sued Wood for defamation.
Walters said she “fully understood” her abuse after entering therapy after the meeting, learning that Manson’s alleged behavior had caused her to “almost immediately suppress” the memories.
She initially claimed that the abuse began in 2010 during a photo shoot after he contacted her via MySpace and said he liked her photo.
The singer allegedly pinned her to a bed, bit her ear and forced her hand to take off his underwear. She said she moved away from him and left the photos, feeling “confused and scared.”[ful]. ‘
She then claims that the singer bombarded her with messages and offered her extra pay to stay. The following year, he allegedly threw her on a plate, threatened to kill herself and pushed her against a wall during a drunken rage, Rolling Stone reported.
Manson was recently seen attending Kane West’s Sunday service for the first time since women accused him of abuse.
He also allegedly sent her a photo of Bianco’s back showing bulging wounds with the subject: “See what’s going on?”
The former best-selling singer also reportedly took Walters to an awards show in 2010, where he allegedly pushed her into the lap of an actor and said he could “have” her according to the case.
“The actor continued to kiss Walters and hold her in his arms,” the case said.
Manson also introduced Walters to a film director who sexually assaulted her.
“It just made me feel like a piece of meat,” Walters told The Cut.
Manson denied the attack. He is being investigated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department for domestic violence.
