The Ministry of National Defense confirmed that the incident near Point Frederick was fatal.
Frontenac Paramedic Services in Kingston confirmed that he was present at the scene and that four people were pronounced dead at the scene.
Emergency crews were called to the site near the Royal Military College and CFB Kingston at around 2am on Friday.

In an email to Global News, DND said it could confirm that a fatal accident involving a vehicle occurred on campus. It is added that the investigation is ongoing.
